We accept working students on a very limited basis. Students work closely with us and enjoy a fun, comfortable atmosphere. Days are often long and laborious, but meaningful and rewarding.

Interns and assistant trainers live on the farm and assist in all aspects of the business operation, ranging from the daily tasks of caring for the horses, riding and teaching, competing young horses, organizing and completing paperwork, making phone calls and orders, running shows and events and office duties. YRE assistants have the unique opportunity to live and work on a busy training and showing facility and will get to see all sides of a successful horse operation. Interns learn all facets of proper horse and farm management, business relations, marketing and the ins and outs of upper level competition.

Interns live in their own new furnished apartment on the farm, complete with kitchen, DirecTV, highspeed internet and washer/dryer. Depending on resume and length of stay, salary can be negotiated. Interns are also allowed 1 free stall on the farm for their personal horse. Daily lessons are included.
